Order Processing Times & Delivery

Ready to Ship Wigs

In stock ready to ship items with be dispatched with 1-3 working days of receiving payment.

Wigs from our Collections
​
Wigs ordered from our collections are not in stock and have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
​
Once your unit is complete we will contact you via email to arrange for delivery.
​
Custom Wigs
​
Custom Wigs can be ordered via our 'Custom Order Form' and usually take 6-8 weeks to
complete and once your unit is ready we will contact you via email.
​
Shipping
All Wigs within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and hopes to reach you
the next working day. All UK deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
​
Wigs sent outside of the UK are sent via International courier and can take between
3-7 days, cost will be quoted dependant on country.
Please Note - International orders may be subject to import duties and
taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination
country. 'Bespoke Wigs by Justine' is not responsible for these charges if they are applied
so we advice you find out about any charges before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds
Ready to ship Units
​
If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return your unit you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving your wig, the item must then be returned in its original condition (lace must not be cut) with all items included. The buyer is responsible for the return costs of the item. Once received the item will be checked and you will receive a refund minus a 10% restock fee of the original item cost.

Unfortunately wigs from our collections are still considered a custom made item, for this reason we cannot except returns on these items.
