custom order wigs

 

We ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for your custom unit, if you require it sooner please just ask when ordering.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot offer refunds on custom made units. 

​

Please ensure that your measurements are correct at the time of sale.

​

Whilst we try our best to ensure that your wig is as close to your requirements as possible we cannot guarantee an exact match.

 

Lighting, filters and digital screens play a huge part in how the wig will appear so please take this into consideration when ordering a custom unit.

 

We will always send photos of the finished product, please check and let us know if there are any changes you would like made before the final payment is taken and wig is posted out.

'ready to ship' wigs

 

All stocked items will be sent within 1-3 days.

​

We accept refunds and exchanges on all ready made wigs.

​

The wig must be returned to us within 5 days in it’s original condition with lace still intact and all boxed items included.

 

return shipping costs must be paid by sender. A refund or exchange will be offered minus a 10% restock fee.
